Transfer of undertaking of [name of Company or division transferring]

The following information is provided pursuant to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, regulation 11 and in contemplation of the proposed sale of [name of division/Company] from [name of transferor] to [name of transferee]. The information is provided in respect of employees engaged within the undertaking as set out below:

1.1 The identity and age of the employees

[See attached Schedule/insert list of name and age of all employees assigned to the undertaking.]

1.2 Particulars of employment

Those particulars of employment that an employer is obliged to give to an employee pursuant to the Employment Rights Act 1996, section 1.
