Letter wording: Following the consultation meeting held on [date], the company wishes to notify you that its contractual retirement age will change from [current contractual retirement age] to age [65/other higher age]. This means that the company will not compel you to retire before you reach age [65/other higher age] although you may, of course, still choose to leave before you reach that age if you wish.
